These lists and tables will soon be supplemented to support the implementation of the RPN.
Important: a new version of the RPN came into force on 1st April 2033. The annexes and administrative instructions of the previous version of the RPN continue to be valid under the conditions set out in the transitional provisions (chapter 20 of the new RPN). The old annexes and administrative instructions are available below for information and reflect the provisions in force until 31 March 2023. The new lists (including the competent authorities and approved training programmes) are currently being finalised and will be published in autumn 2023.

Under Article 2.21 of the Rhine vessel inspection regulations, the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine’s publications are available at the following address: https://listes.cesni.eu.
This applies in particular to registers of type-approved equipment (navigational radar installations, rate-of-turn indicators, Inland AIS equipment, on-board sewage treatment plants, ...), but also registers of the competent authorities for issuing type approvals, approved technical services and approved specialist firms for the installation or replacement of approved equipment.
Registers of the inspection bodies in the States bordering the Rhine and Belgium, as well as the competent authorities responsible for assigning European vessel identification numbers (ENI) are also published on this site.
